Additional design features—including a swim-up bar and multiple zones within the pool system—add appeal. The pools are consistently praised for size and maintenance quality, with loungers readily available even during peak times. However, a significant issue clouds the experience: the main infinity pool experienced multiple unplanned closures during the review period (May–July 2026). At least five separate claims document closures ranging from a few days to extended, unexpectedly prolonged maintenance. Notably, one reviewer who booked a premium pool-access room rate discovered the main pool was closed. The hotel partially mitigated this by offering an alternative lagoon/river pool, which remained open and was received positively by some guests, and by offering complimentary sauna access during one closure.
