You never have to take our word for it.

Every finding we publish traces back to real guest reviews — quoted, dated, and sourced — so you can check it yourself. We don't recommend. We decode what real guests wrote, and show you the receipts.

Why you can believe it

A real finding, with the evidence you can check yourself.

Yes — and seriously so. Reviewers describe a dedicated vegetarian menu with genuine range, and a kitchen that handles requests with care.

Positive
The vegetarian menu was a full menu in its own right — we never once felt like an afterthought, even after a week.

No finding exists without a quote behind it. The AI can't invent a verdict — it can only report what a real guest actually wrote.

Our commitments

The boundaries, stated plainly. They build more trust than any claim of perfection.

Findings can't be bought.

We don't own the reviews; we read the public record. Nothing to inflate, and no payment changes a published finding, ever. No brochure copy, no PR, no hotel-supplied content feeds a verdict — only what real guests wrote.

We show the negative evidence.

Where guests disagree, we show the dissent, not just the flattering quotes. Rather than fake a clean number, we characterise the split — and show both sides in the evidence, including the dissenting voices.

We say when we don't know.

If guests didn't write about a need, the finding says “not mentioned.” If they disagree, it says “mixed.” No clean score is ever manufactured where the mentions don't support one.

We'd rather tell you our limits than pretend we don't have them.

Findings are only as current as the reviews behind them.

We weight the most recent mentions heavily so a finding reflects the current guest experience — but we can't decode what hasn't been written yet.

Reviewer opinions are subjective — we report them, we don't referee them.

Mentions are partial and personal by nature. We surface that limitation rather than paper over it.

A quiet need means quiet reviewers, not necessarily a bad hotel.

When reviewers simply didn't write about something, it isn't a low score — it's no data. We say so plainly and suggest confirming with the hotel if it matters to you.

How to read a finding

Every finding carries two separate signals — and “no answer” is a valid answer.

1

The verdict — the direction

Positive, Mixed, Negative, or Not mentioned. The word and the icon carry the meaning; colour only makes it faster to read — never the sole signal.

PositiveMixedNegativeNot mentioned
2

Evidence strength — how much we stand on

A separate channel, never a shade of the verdict. “Negative” and “only a few reviews said so” are two different facts, so we show them apart.

How it works

For those who want the mechanics — from thousands of reviews to a cited finding.

  1. Read

Across booking platforms and review sites — recency-weighted.

  2. Extract

    Each specific claim, quoted verbatim.

  3. Organise

Claims sorted by the need they speak to.

  4. Decode & cite

A verdict with the real quotes behind it.

The whole method is open — nothing is a black box.
