I myself am vegan and they were able to accommodate my needs each and every day.
One of our group is vegan and we thought that this may be an issue due to the use of chicken stock and fish sauce, we need not have been concerned. The staff were great, they listened carefully and were able to advise and guide as required, the chef came over and discussed it with its to make sure that he fully understood what was required. The quality of all the good was first class and the vegan offerings never felt like they were an after thought

We made the suggestion of having more vegetarian/vegan options in the menu and hotel management immediately took action on that. The Chef came to us and discussed different options he could cook and he actually organised special dishes for us
