Headline evidence
Freshest strong quotes first — same picker as the best-of cardordered some snacks, including a vegan Buddha bowl. The bowl appeared to contain chicken…
TripAdvisor guests widely praised the hotel's vegan dining options, highlighting attentive staff, creative dishes (including custom cakes), and consistent availability at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Google and Booking reviews added positive notes about restaurant quality and staff accommodation. However, mixed and negative reviews across all platforms revealed significant gaps: food labeling errors (including a mislabeled Buddha bowl containing chicken), limited vegan breakfast choices, and gaps in pool menu offerings, suggesting operational inconsistencies in vegan accommodations despite strong individual staff effort.

With 1 vegetarian / 1 vegan / 1 peanut allergy the hotel staff were very attentive to our needs
Our main recommendation is relating to the food offering for plant based/vegan guests. The breakfast buffet for all that they offer was really limited for us. For example many types of granola, five or six different varieties and none were vegan.
More vegan and Gluten free options are needed at breakfast
Vegan Chocolate cake by Chef (sorry forgot the name) upon request were delicious
as I am Vegan and they went out of their way to make sure I was looked after
I really enjoyed dining at Suku and found their vegan options to be excellent
the team went above and beyond to cater for my husband and me, who are both vegan. I celebrated my birthday there, and the restaurant surprised us with a vegan birthday cake!
I've rarely eaten anywhere where it was so easy to find veggie and vegan dishes at breakfast and other meals
ordered some snacks, including a vegan Buddha bowl. The bowl appeared to contain chicken. When we asked the staff whether it was chicken, we were told it was pumpkin. After escalating the matter to a manager, the manager came back and apologised, confirming that it was in fact chicken and that a mistake had been made.
there is a real issue with food labelling saying vegetarian when it is vegan or vegan when it is vegetarian, or not labelled at all. Staff training on ingredients, allergies and correct food labelling should take place. The pool menu had no vegan options

Every day the chef prepared various vegan delights for breakfast, and also for afternoon tea and canapés in the evening
Great food, vegan option excellent
Absolutely astonished by the beauty of this hotel, variety of delicious vegan options and service.
I was quite impressed with the accommodations, which were suitable for me as a vegan.
being vegetarian, we were slightly bemused by sheer amount of the "fake meat" vegan offerings. While it was nice, I prefer actual vegetarian food
it was great when staff in the morning breakfast knew exactly what to get for us, being a Vegan family of four
We choose this hotel because of the beautiful pools and vegan-friendly restaurants.
