Multiple restaurants, but not too much variety for vegetarians and vegans or fussy kids.
Vegan-friendly options at the hotel generate divided guest feedback across platforms. Positive reviews highlight the garden café, poolside vegan bowls, and accommodating kitchen staff who fulfill vegan requests. However, negative reviews significantly outnumber positive ones, with guests consistently reporting limited variety, bland food quality, inadequate labeling of vegan dishes, and insufficient options compared to neighboring hotels. Notably, one guest documented a serious mislabeling incident where a dish containing eggs was marked as vegan. While some breakfasts and specific venues offer vegan choices, the overall consistency and comprehensiveness of vegan dining appears insufficient for guests following strict vegan diets.

Big problem, if you are vegetarian or vegan not many choices this hotel has got for these people. Nearby hotels has got plenty of choices for vegetarian and vegan eater, but somehow Grand Hyatt has got very few food iteams on their menu
Restaurant food was good especially the Indonesian food but limited options for vegans and food was not labelled as vegetarian or vegan although staff were courteous in advising us appropriately. I think there should be more vegetarian and vegan options.
