Headline evidence
Freshest strong quotes first — same picker as the best-of cardThere was very little food I could eat being a Vegan and GF.
they had removed vegan options from there pizzeria menu when I booked
The hotel markets vegan-friendly dining but faces inconsistent execution across platforms. TripAdvisor shows strong positive sentiment (6 positive vs 3 negative claims), with guests praising custom vegan dishes, helpful staff, and diverse breakfast options. However, negative feedback on Google and TripAdvisor highlights concerns: vegan items were removed from the pizzeria menu, advertised online vegan options were unavailable at the hotel, and some guests found menus too limited. Booking platform feedback was uniformly positive, praising exceptional vegan breakfast variety.

We are vegan with a nut allergy so travelling can be difficult. However, we ate mostly in the club lounge (and a couple lunches in the main restaurants) and they made us feel safe and were able to provide different dishes each night.
The most amazing and best breakfast options ever experienced, especially for vegetarians and Vegans.

Fantastic Vegan foods cooked to order.

Earlier
I'm vegan and they were very helpful in providing vegan options, tofu and tempeh.
restaurant cooks also for breakfast included what you need even for someone difficult eating just vegan , gluten free
fell short when they failed with vegan and non dairy options. Very limited menu for those that care about health.
we noticed there are so many choices for guests with diet restrictions
2 of our group have a nut allergy and one is vegan. All the staff including the chefs went out of their way to help them.
A little disappointed that many of the vegan (plant based) meals in online menu were not on the actual menu at hotel, so less options available for us than were advertised.
