On TripAdvisor (7 positive, 1 mixed), guests consistently highlight the Food & Beverage team's personalized vegan accommodations—from daily vegan broth for breakfast to custom dishes across Indian, Indonesian, sushi, and Western cuisines, with the Head of F&B reportedly going above and beyond. However, Google reviews (1 positive, 2 negative) paint a contrasting picture, with guests reporting very few vegetarian/vegan options across all restaurants and a lack of helpful support. One guest noted a decent plant-based burger. The hotel markets vegan-friendly offerings and demonstrates capacity for customization, though consistency appears to vary by restaurant and staff engagement.

There are very few vegetarian options in general in all their restaurants. They cater mostly to people who eat sea food or are non vegetarians.

The best food we ate at the resort came from Soleil but we ordered it from the beach. I had the falafel burger (vegan)

My husband is vegan and every morning for breakfast, the staff at The Cafe would greet us by name and bring special dishes for my husband to try. It was not just your typical plate of fruit. They went above and beyond with the Head of Food and Beverage personally coming to discuss what my husband's preferences were. He said that he wanted to ensure that my husband could sample a full range of dishes and these included Indian, local Indonesian, sushi and Western including ordering special bread and making pancakes.

If anyone is vegetarian or vegan this is the worst place to stay. They do not even help you with a different option or menu, they just say they are sorry

I just wish they had a bit more vegan options, like a vegetable broth for the soups or avocado toasts.
