The « A la carte » menu is amazing and they have good vegan options available.
even if there is a separate menu for vegetarian/vegan options, they are nearly non-existent unless one is keen on having a burger or a bagel.
they have an extensive all-you-can-order "A la carte" menu with some good vegan and gluten-free options. You even have the possibility to have a vegan broth for your soup since this year.
The starfish bloo. It change to vegan. I don't know it is right. But I don't think it should. So I have to go out and eat every meal.
Chef gusto and his colleagues made sure we got great vegan food in the fire restaurant. I just wish we had more space to eat more !!! We also had the tempeh burger one night that was so tasty !
