Special thanks to the chef, Mr Subodh for making us feel at home. He was very respectful of the fact that some members of our family (including young kids) were vegan, and made us yummy vegan dishes throughout the day.

over at Aquabar, they were able to cater a vegan cheese pizza so our little one can join in our pizza pool party! We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and the resort even acceded to our request of a vegan birthday cake!

not enough choices if you are a vegan
Ibba brought Chef Med to my table to help explain my vegan request. Chef Med made the most amazing Salad and then to top it off he made this very tasty Vegetable medley stir fry with jasmine rice
We were also a mixture of carnivores, vegetarians and vegans - the Chefs went out of their way in the restaurants to make sure we all had fabulous meals.
Vegetarians and vegans will be happy there. They have it all.
Being mainly vegan, I did wonder if my choices would be limited, but no - there were plenty of vegan options to choose from and I enjoyed my almond milk lattes every morning.
