I am a plant based vegan and the chefs made sure that I always had an option to eat.
The buffet offers unlimited variety from healthy options to vegan dishes.
there are a wide range of food selections from Indian to Italian, all clearly labeled for allergies and intolerances. We had our romantic renewal of vows ceremonies here and the chefs went out of their ways to make us a three layered vegan cake
The staff went above and beyond to cater to our dietary preference, eating mainly vegan food and ensured we always had our choice of meals.
We are vegan, and while everyone offered to cook us additional foods, the standard variety at the courtyard was amazing and sous chef Sanjay was so attentive to us and everyone it made every standard meal a highlight.
I'm vegan and was well catered for. I could always get basics like bread, butter and oat milk. If there wasn't anything I wanted from the buffet selection the lovely Chef Vijay would make sure to have someone make something for me. I had some delicious curry's, salads and deserts. All the dishes are well labeled with V, VE, D etc.
The labelling really helped me spot the veggie & vegan food without any stress or anxiety.
Vegan and vegetarian options are all available. Ingredients are high quality and there is great attention to detail.
I felt they could with more vegan options. I struggled to get tofu

Breakfast buffet is also superb, they have separate vegan section + live counters
We only would have loved to have a bit more vegan & gluten free options in the menu
2 specialty restaurants served Vegan food and grill specialties. The 4 course menus were excellent.
with variety for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free
the staff bent over backwards for us when we said we were vegan and Anil was absolutely brilliant, we left feeling absolutely stuffed after every meal
We are all vegan and the chefs at the buffet restaurant went out of their way to ask us what we would like and to make special meals for us. The general buffet had a reasonable selection of vegan food. The only disappointment was the lack of any vegan desserts
vegan counter with fresh produce and various kinds of cheese, at least 7 types of breads
You can always find vegan and meat dishes, spicy and with a regular salty.
Shiva and Xerxes in The Courtyard went above and beyond making sure my Vegan daughter and myself with a dairy allergy never went hungry and were always more than happy to have special dishes cooked for us.
Chef Kamal at Just Wok who went out of the way to give us more vegan dim sum
I'm vegan and found it very difficult to eat all week. They had a plain salad bar but I'm not the kind of vegan to eat just lettuce daily. All the decent salads had cheese or animal mixed in. In the restaurants it stated "vegan" but then still stated "Milk".
there were plenty of vegan and other dietary options which we appreciated
the variety of food in buffet( kids friendly, vegetarian, vegan)
The food options are one of the best buffet we've experienced with lots of variety and caters for all foodies including numerous vegan and vegetarian selections.
the staff are so accommodating and a vegan diet was catered for.
