The su chef Vishal at the underwater restaurant made me the best vegan risotto I've had in years and I've travelled to many places, but this risotto was absolutely delicious. The underwater restaurant had a great vegan dinner & they made a lovely vegan dessert.

Alok, the exec chef, and the entire team, for catering superbly for all meals and venues for a vegan diet - the food was exquisite, and the friendliness and dedication to always check-in if there was anything wanted cooking up.

I actually cried a little when I saw the whole stand dedicated for vegan food in the Palms at lunch, complete with a different burger every day and the most delicious curries.

The sheer range of the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at Palm covered many tastes and catered for both vegans and vegetarians very well.
I am a strict vegan, and from first contact with the island I was assured that the could cater for my diet, and OMG, they certainly did. The chefs were amazing, I left my food requirements in their capable hands and all I can say is wow.
