Often listed as vegan-friendly, but recent guest reviews didn't back this up.

We did struggle with the options for our vegan diet, despite contacting the resort…
Positive reports (TripAdvisor) highlight chef-led personalization, with guests crediting named chefs for above-and-beyond vegan meal preparation across breakfast, lunch, and dinner at restaurants including Infinity Blue, Savanna, and Kuzini. However, three negative reports document significant gaps: two guests found no vegan options on printed menus despite advance notice and staff confirmations, while another guest received cross-contaminated meals (dairy in items marked vegan), causing health issues. This inconsistency suggests execution and coordination challenges in translating vegan requirements between pre-arrival booking and on-site delivery.

We did struggle with the options for our vegan diet, despite contacting the resort in advance we had very few options and the first few days were quite stressful (especially with a hungry toddler).
My daughter is vegan ,however the staff undertook this dietary requirement un alike a lot of European hotels and cruise ships. My daughter enjoyed a large variety of vegan meals at an all of the restaurants which were included at the hotel.
There were no vegan options available on the menus, and when we tried to make dinner reservations in advance and asked that they ensure plant-based meals would be prepared, the staff simply said none of the restaurants had such options and that we would have to request something on the spot each time.
Executive Chef Govinden Veerapen and his team went above and beyond to ensure our dietary requirements were catered for – not once did we feel limited. My wife enjoyed a wide variety of thoughtful vegan dishes, and our child's allergy was taken seriously with meals at all times of the day adapted seamlessly.
Also every restaurant offers vegan options, and my personal favorites were at Infinity Blue. Sometimes you have to specifically ask for the vegetarian/vegan menu.

Chef Hans and his team were exceptional with regards to dietary requirements, producing great tasting food throughout the whole holiday including special attention for vegetarian and even vegan requirements too.
My daughter and I are vegan and we had plenty to choose from, the food at all restaurants was absolutely delicious.
We are also a vegan family due to allergies and the restaurants there (Savanna, Infinity Blue and Kuzini) went above and beyond what we ever expected, to make sure we had food we could eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Shockingly they were served meals with butter Omelett with cheese pasta with cheese pizza with cheese ….pancakes made with milk the list went on.
A big shout out to Chef Frances who daily catered for my son and I (both vegans).
Chefs Francis and Artee ensured that my wife's vegan dietary requirements were always surpassed.
