Our vegan dietary requirements were well attended to! NobleHouse and Segala are worth mentioning. The chef and staff at Noble House surprised us with a delicious vegan chocolate cake and Samir and Harish (if we got the name correct) at Segala were helpful with the menu. Breakfast at Senso had some lovely vegan options as well.

the food served caters for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters. As the food is varied you never get bored and are always assured that you will have something that you can eat. any special dietary requirements were catered for.
My wife booked us for 2 nights with a special requirement of vegan meal for her. To our dismay when went for dinner, no one was aware of this request. The staff immediately stepped up their service and walked the extra mile especially mr Vyash who went to see the Chef and get a special menu organised promptly.

Buffet food has a lot of varieties especially for the vegans (Asians/Indians)
as vegans, instead of being left as an afterthought, we were treated with such care. With the chef showing us around the huge buffet in the main restaurant every evening and making us our own special desserts!
The chef at Segala on our last day was very accommodating of our needs (being a vegan/ vegetarian family) and I recommend the moussaka he prepared for us.
With four restaurants there is a great variety of food, including Jain and vegan options.
the representation of vegetarian/vegan options was limited and at times did not taste great - especially for the desserts section. It was a nightmare to convince the dessert chef to get us something egg free - since we are allergic to eggs.
Buffet is also very good, so many options, vegetarian and vegan included.
There is literally no good vegetarian or vegan food options, especially in the restaurants.
As a veggie you didn't just have to eat cheese and as a vegan you really wouldn't struggle.
Good for vegetarians/vegans which is always a problem in most hotels. Senso became our favourite restaurant due to staff and choices available.
