The hotel receives strong praise for vegan breakfast offerings—featuring buffets, à-la-carte menus, smoothie bars, plant-based milks, and specialized items like vegan Japanese fusion—with staff members notably accommodating individual dietary needs across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, experiences vary significantly: some guests report excellent personalized catering from named chefs, while others encountered inconsistent service, mislabeled meals, and limited options at other meal times or in pastry selections. The hotel does not publicly market vegan-friendly positioning.

Some restaurants had one vegan option. For an 'ECO hotel' this is a bit of a cop out.
The breakfast options were limited, with no accommodations for people allergic to eggs or those on a vegan diet, and it was not a full buffet.
The breakfast was incredible with plenty of vegan /non vegan options, (the chefs will accommodate your dietary requirements)
Really went out of their way to cater for our vegan diets.
The food choice for breakfast was amazing with a make your own smoothie bar, and a juice bar, a range of plant based milks and many other options both cooked and cold.
The breakfast was amazing for vegans with a smoothie bar, fresh juice bar, variety of fruits, chia & fruit bowls, avocado on toast and vegan cooked breakfast as well as puri bhaji.
Special mention to Kailash who looked after us providing Vegetarian and Vegan pastry alternatives.
While vegan options were limited on the menu, the chef always went the extra mile to prepare custom dishes for us.
Despite prior communication confirming vegan options, breakfast service was inconsistent and disorganised. Vegan meals were mislabelled or unavailable, and the responsibility fell on us to follow up daily.
One of our travelers is vegan, and the staff—especially one wonderful chef—went above and beyond to accommodate vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast is a treat, offering both a rich buffet and a complimentary à-la-carte menu with plenty of high-quality vegan options.

A Big shout out to Lorraine the chef, Sanjeev and the amazing restaurant staff for accommodating our kosher vegan, gluten free and dairy free diet.

The breakfast at Beach Rouge is to die for! Various choices, lots of vegan options and super healthy & delicious good quality food.
the pastry chef needs to increase range of Vegan and eggless treats as the selection was very limited which in this day and age is unacceptable
We're both vegan and were met by Chef Ramen on arrival who reassured us that we would be well catered for and took specific note of the things we could and couldn't eat and throughout our stay, his team (Veer, Kooshal and Fazeeze) went out of their way to ensure we were looked after.
