The hotel receives predominantly positive feedback on vegan accommodation across TripAdvisor, Booking, and Google, with guests praising chefs who meet daily with vegan guests, prepare custom meals at no extra cost, and offer creative options like vegan pancakes and soya milk. The most engaged positive testimonials highlight proactive chef outreach and consistent consideration across all meals. Mixed and negative feedback acknowledges limited standalone vegan buffet sections and occasional gaps in protein options or labeling clarity, though these guests confirm that requesting custom meals resolves the issue.

One of us got a special menu offered every day in the buffet because he is vegan, very thoughtful.
the food wasn't the best - could be better and vegan options labelled
They were really good at understanding and preparing me food as I am vegan too. There was lots of lovely choices and on Fish night at the buffet I got made a special meal without me having to ask.
There's some room for improvement when it comes to vegan food options, which are very limited
If you are vegan you'll struggle. There's lots of fresh fruit at breakfast but they really can't get their heads around vegan protein.
Lot of vegan options, also chefs asking about personal preference. Bunch of vegan breakfast options - peanut butter/hummus/banana vegan pancakes
they make effort to accommodate vegans. We found the Indian night to have the most options. They could also prepare vegan crepes/pancakes for breakfast.

My wife is Vegan and we were worried before we arrived but they had plenty of fruit and other food she could eat, they even brought her Soya milk everyday.
If you are a vegan the section is a lot smaller, but if you speak to someone they will be able to create a dish for you personally.
Three of us are vegan and the kitchen went out of their way to prepare special meals for us at no extra cost.
As a vegan, I anticipated that my meal choice might be somewhat limited and was blown away by the response of the head chef, who prepared special meals just for me when most of the buffet dishes were non vegan and took the time to personally explain which buffet dishes were vegan and which were not.
the chef personally met our three family members at check- in to propose Vegan dishes to our liking
special thanks to the chefs and the hotel managers for taking into account my vegan preferences for every meal
the chef took that effort for us to cater to our vegetarian and vegan needs
Special thanks to the chefs for constantly being considerate about our vegetarian and vegan requirements.
They made sure our gluten free and vegan needs were met, adapting the meal options to suit.
Talking of dinner, we are both vegan and specifically came to the hotel because other reviews have commented on how well the hotel managed with other vegan guests. We were not disappointed. The daily meeting with Ashok and Jason, two chefs that we spoke to regularly about our food, was very helpful.
I eat a Vegan diet and I was so well catered for, with the chefs (Jude and Ashock) meeting with me each day to discuss what meals they would prepare for me, always making me feel that it was no trouble at all.
We are vegan, and they catered to our dietary requirements every single day, happily preparing individual meals for us on several occasions!
