Headline evidence
Freshest strong quotes first — same picker as the best-of cardI personally think there is a room for improvement in their Breakfast offerings…
Despite limited vegan options on regular menus, the hotel consistently accommodates vegan guests through proactive chef engagement and off-menu meal creation, as evidenced across TripAdvisor (9 positive claims), Google (1 positive), and Booking (1 mixed). Staff actively check with vegan diners and prepare custom dishes daily when notified at check-in. However, guests identified gaps: buffet items lack dietary labeling, breakfast and dinner buffet offerings need expansion for vegans, and regular menu vegan choices remain sparse. The hotel's strength lies in staff willingness to compensate through personalized service rather than standardized vegan menu items.

They did go out of their way to make dishes for our kids who are fussy eaters and also a party member that was vegan. This was really appreciated and they always made nice meals which were off the menu.
Chef Kelly and his team have also proved to be very quick flexible if someone has special needs, like food intolerances, vegan etc.
Vegan and Vegetarian guests should preferably state their meal choices at check in so the hotel has sufficient time to make appropriate arrangements.
they also easily cater for vegans, vegetarians and people with dietary requirements
I personally think there is a room for improvement in their Breakfast offerings and the Dinner buffet at The Dinning Room (specially for vegans).
it would have been helpful if the food labels included dietary info (e.g. V,Vegan, nuts etc)
The chefs were amazing and made us our own food everyday as we are vegan.
the only downside we experienced was that there were hardly any vegan choices and limited vegetarian options on their menu, but these were more than adequately compensated by the staff's attitude to ensuring we got what we needed
In The Dining Room there is a themed buffet dinner each evening with plenty of choice including vegan and vegetarian dishes on offer. Further more the chef is always around if you have any special dietary requirements.
one of whom is vegan and the restaurant managers made a point of checking with us every day to make sure she had menu options
