There are good vegan options at breakfast but there could have been more available on the regular menus
they had a number of vegan options available in the buffet, but when we explained we were vegan, they took our requests for the next day and made anything we wanted! The highlights were homemade coconut yoghurt, vegan smoothie bowls, pancakes, waffles... but we even had a Pad Thai and Thai Green Curry one morning!
