TripAdvisor guests highlight both strengths and gaps in vegan accommodation. Positive experiences include chefs who customize meals at each service, an award-winning vegan burger that won a Phuket competition, and a dedicated vegetarian/vegan menu. However, one vegan guest reported a poor overall dining experience, and another noted the kids menu lacks adequate vegan options, suggesting inconsistent vegan support across all guest segments and menus.

We are vegan and also have a couple of allergies meaning food choices were sometimes limited for us- Chef Raju was really accommodating- he came and spoke to us every mealtime to make sure we had enough food- sometimes going out of his way to prepare portions of food especially for us e.g. noodles that had no eggs etc.
There is also a new vegetarian/vegan menu that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I had heard about their award winning vegetarian burger which won the 1st prize in a Phuket burger competition and I was intrigued to try the vegetarian burger that took first place over meat burgers. Though it was not launched on the menu yet, Chef (Xavier) kindly agreed to make both me and my mother the delicious award winning burger.
One suggestion - Your kids menu need to have some more vegan options.
The vegetarian pizza is a must try as well as the amazing vegan burger.
