Breakfast is very well stocked and caters very well for everyone in our family, even a strict vegan.
Breakfast was outstanding. I am vegan and had tons of options from roasted potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms to vegetable noodle stir fry to baked beans to fruit and veg, soya milk, lots of different breads, peanut butter, cereals, jams. Dinner was a bit disappointing. There are 4 restaurants but nearly no vegan options.
The restaurants at the resort are reasonably priced and have multiple cuisines options like Thai, Indian, Italian, western, vegan, vegetarian.
Marriot Merlin at Phuket had outstanding vegetarian and vegan options clearly labelled with a green sticker across various cuisines including Indian, Thai and Italian.
Shout out to Ar Min who got my husband the vegan burger from another restaurant and delivered it to the pool area for him so we didn't need to walk.
